Mark Krass

Welcome to my site! I'm Ph.D. candidate in political science at Stanford and received my J.D. from Stanford Law School in June 2021. My principal advisor is Dan Ho and I am a graduate student affiliate in Dan's Regulation, Evaluation and Governance Lab.

I am currently on leave from my program while serving as an Attorney-Adviser in the Office of Legal Counsel at the U.S. Department of Justice. (Please note that all of the views contained on this website are mine alone.)

My research interests include elections law, administrative law, federalism, and AI and law. More thematically, I care about finding better ways to achieve representation in government and quality in adjudication.
